FAMILY LAW The Cohan Law Firm, LLC was founded by Attorney Michael P. Cohan in 2002 to concentrate on Missouri family law cases. We can help you with divorce, custody, and child support issues. We offer low flat rate fees on uncontested divorces (where the parties have reached an agreement as to the case) starting at only $650 plus costs. The Cohan Law Firm, LLC strives to provide prompt, personalized service to each case. You won't be dealing with a paralegal or a secretary... you'll be dealing directly with the attorney handling your case. During this difficult time, you need, and deserve, that kind of attention. The Cohan Law Firm, LLC, generally limits its practice to the following types of family law cases: divorce (dissolution) including both contested divorce and uncontested divorce, legal separation, custody, paternity, modifications of existing custody and support orders, enforcement actions including contempt, orders of protection, and other related family law matters. We handle family law cases primarily in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County, and we also handle family law cases in Franklin County and St. Francois County.
